Hi! We are looking for an energetic and creative "older friend" / mentor for my 9.5-year-old daughter. She already knows basic grammar and has a good foundation, but she needs help to start speaking fluently and overcome the language barrier. Who we are looking for: Fluency is key: You don't need to be a teacher, but you must speak naturally and be able to keep a conversation going. Proactivity: This is not just a babysitting job. We need someone who can take the lead and suggest activities like: "Let’s bake something together," "Let’s do a DIY project," or "Let’s play a board game"—all while chatting in English. Age: 16–26 (we want a relatable, "big brother/sister" vibe). The Task: 100% English: From the moment you arrive until you leave, the communication must be strictly in English. Engagement: You’ll be hanging out, going for walks, playing games, or doing simple cooking. Your main goal is to make her feel comfortable expressing her thoughts in English through fun, everyday activities. Details: Location: Satpayev / Baitursynov Schedule: Weekdays after 17:00 or weekends. Duration: 2–3 hours per session (approx. 2–3 times a week).
